Julie Knapton Butler - Pre-School Manager, SENCo, designated person for Looked After Children, Safeguarding Lead
Julie Knapton Butler qualified with a NNEB diploma in Nursery Nursing in 1995. She has had experience in working across the whole birth to five age range, starting with working with babies, toddlers and then running a busy pre-school room in a private day nursery. Julie worked as a nursery manager of a full day care setting before joining Long Bennington Pre-school in 2005 as Deputy Manager.
Julie became Manager in 2016, has mentored other settings in assessment & record keeping and been part of a Lincolnshire Birth to Five service working party group.

Heather Nock -Deputy Manager, Lead practitioner for EYFS
Heather joined Pre-school in 2020 as Deputy Manager. She qualified as a Playworker in 2010, graduating with a BA (Hons) in Playwork. She has many years experience working with babies, toddlers and Pre-school children mainly in Lincolnshire Children's Centres as well as being a childminder.
Heather has an interest in baking and being creative; bringing new ideas to the children at Pre-school.

She joined the Pre-school in early 2013 as a relief member of staff before becoming a full time member in September.
Rebecca has a keen interest in the environment - particularly recycling and growing your own fruit and vegetables, a knowledge she enthusiastically shares with the children.

Steph joined Long Bennington Pre-school in 2017 bringing over 10 years of experience from working in private day nurseries. Steph is a qualified nursery nurse with a NVQ Level 3 in Early Years and Education. She has worked with children from all types of backgrounds as well as those with Special Educational Needs. Steph is an enthusiastic and creative Nursery Nurse with an in-depth understanding of helping children with their social and educational development as well as with their wellbeing, through interactive play and curriculum knowledge.
